Snapshots are late or data is missing

Read SDX-Cloud: Snapshots arrive late because of a manipulation backlog and SDX-Cloud: Data or dashboard values are missing for some days. Use System Logs Screen to see processing steps.

The Infomap shows no data

Read SDX-Cloud: The Infomap shows "no data for this data source".

Comparisons and views

Read SDX-Cloud: A comparison map stays empty, SDX-Cloud: The last scanned gradient is not available, and SDX-Cloud: The 3D view shows a height shift but the numbers are right.

Exports and downloads
