SDX-Cloud: A download fails because of special characters in a name

A download can fail when a file, folder, project, or export name contains special characters such as umlauts. In a resolved case renaming the name from one with an Ä to one with AE fixed it.

Fix

1. Find the name that contains a special character.
2. Rename it using plain letters and digits (Ä becomes AE, Ö becomes OE, Ü becomes UE, ß becomes SS).
3. Try the download again.

If the download still fails with a plain name, send the details to Sodex Support.

Use plain letters and digits in names to avoid this class of problem. Whether this limit will be lifted is not announced.
