If snapshots take much longer than usual to process and the project has a lot of new or backdated manipulations, the manipulations may be processed first and hold up the recent snapshots.
Recognize the pattern
Snapshot processing takes long, the same project has many manipulations that were created or backdated recently, and the newest data is waiting behind older work. Read Feature: Manipulations for what a manipulation does.
What helps
Sodex Support can let the current data run first. In a resolved case the snapshot interval was also set to 30 minutes, which the customer accepted for their work. Agree an interval that fits your use.
What you should do
Do not delete or cancel jobs yourself. Contact Sodex Support and give the project and the dates.
