If an export with a geofence gives no download, even after a long wait, the geofence may be too complex. In a resolved case an imported geofence with more than 34,000 coordinates stalled the export, and Sodex simplified it to under 1,000 points.
Check the export state
Check the export state before you start it again, so you do not queue many copies.
Compare
Run the export without the geofence. If it works, the geofence is the cause.
Simplify
Use a geofence with fewer points and export again.
