If the 3D view shows a large vertical step between snapshots, but volumes, calculations, and positions stay correct, the problem is in how the view is drawn, not in your data. A real coordinate or datum shift changes the numbers as well.
Check what changes
Compare the same area in another view and between snapshots. If volumes and measured heights are unchanged, the shift is only visual.
Check consistency
A shift that is the same for the whole site points to the coordinate system. Check Coordinate Systems and the correction service in SDX-Cloud: Scans are shifted by a constant offset. Reflective areas can also disturb GNSS, but this was not shown to be the cause.
Report it
If the numbers are right and only the 3D view is wrong, report the project and snapshots to Sodex Support.
