If you cannot find the last scanned gradient in the Infomap, check which version of the data you are viewing. In a resolved case the project was in the manipulated version, which does not show it.
Difference between the versions
The original data shows what was scanned. The manipulated version includes your manipulations. Read Feature: Manipulations.
Fix
Turn the manipulated version off in the Infomap, then enable the last scanned gradient.
