If a comparison between a reference surface and a snapshot shows an empty map, one of the inputs may not have finished processing when you selected it. In a resolved case the reference surface was still loading.
Check that both inputs are ready
Open the lists of reference models and snapshots and check that both inputs show as finished before you create a comparison.
Wait and try again
If the input is still processing, wait until it finishes and create the comparison again.
Check the normal setup
Then confirm the reference and the comparison surface, that they use the same coordinate system, and that they overlap. See Workflow: Infomap Compare and Import Reference Terrains.
If it stays empty
If an input finished but the map stays empty, send the project name and the names of both inputs to Sodex Support.

- Project and the names of both inputs
- Whether both showed finished
- A screenshot of the empty map
