If a layer or its measurements are not shown, or the layer is missing from the layer list, the data may still exist. In a resolved case a display edge case hid a layer with manually created measurements, and Sodex fixed it in the product.
Check first
Reopen the dataset, check that you are in the expected view and layer, and reload the page.
Display problem or missing data
If the measurements appear after a reload or in another view, the data exists and only the display failed. If they never appear, send the details.
What to send to Sodex Support
- Project, dataset, and the layer name
- A screenshot of the layer list
- Whether a reload changes anything
