SDX-4DVision: Install, connect, and troubleshoot

This page covers the path from installation to a working SDX-4DVision: prepare the calibration package, run and check the calibration, connect to SDX-Mate, and fix the status problems that come up most often.

Install and calibrate

Collect the data in SDX-4DVision: Prepare the calibration package. Then follow SDX-4DVision: Calibration and result check.

Connect to the system

Use the system hotspot as described in How to Connect to the SDX-Mate via WiFi. A "No internet" message while you are connected to the hotspot is expected.

When a status is wrong

For a camera that shows not synced or for accuracy that depends on scan speed, read SDX-4DVision: The LiDAR camera shows not synced. If every indicator is green except GNSS, read PLine and SDX-4DVision: The GNSS indicator stays red. If the system reports no internet connection, read PLine: The system reports no internet connection.
