How to Download Sodex Mobile

Sodex Mobile is available in the Apple App Store and is iOS only. It is designed for iPhone Pro models with LiDAR, because the phone’s LiDAR sensor is used for scanning.

Option 1: Download via direct App Store link

1. On your iPhone, open the Sodex Mobile App Store page:
   https://apps.apple.com/at/app/sodex-mobile/id6755498594?l=en-GB
2. Tap Get (or the download icon).
3. Confirm with Face ID / Touch ID / Apple ID password if prompted.
4. When the download is finished, tap Open.

Option 2: Download by searching in the App Store

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
2. Tap Search.
3. Search for Sodex Mobile.
4. Open the Sodex Mobile result.
5. Tap Get and confirm the download if prompted.
6. When the download is finished, tap Open.

After installation

• Open Sodex Mobile from your Home Screen.
• Log in with your SDX Cloud device user (if your organization uses device users for field devices).

If you cannot install the app, confirm you are using a supported iPhone model (iPhone Pro with LiDAR) and that your iOS is up to date.
