Overview
The Sodex HelpCenter is your knowledge base for learning how to use Sodex products and services. It is organized by real-world tasks and product areas so you can quickly find the right guide.
Use the search bar for quick answers. Browse by category if you want to follow a full workflow step by step.
The HelpCenter is divided into top-level categories. Articles are often linked to each other, so you can move from an overview to a detailed guide without losing context.
Getting Started
The Getting Started section is designed for new users. It covers core concepts and first steps such as: understanding the SDX ecosystem, setting up access, and learning SDX-Cloud fundamentals.
Start here if you are onboarding, or if you want a quick refresher of the basics.
Workflows
The Workflows section walks you through complete tasks from start to finish. Workflow articles break complex goals into clear steps.
Use this section when you know what you want to accomplish (for example, capturing data in the field and analyzing results in SDX-Cloud).
SDX-Cloud features
SDX-Cloud features contains reference articles for tools available in SDX-Cloud. These guides explain what each feature does, when to use it, and how it fits into a workflow (for example: project management, data import/export, visualization, and measurement tools).
SDX field software
SDX field software covers Sodex applications used on site or on companion devices. This includes guidance for SDX-Mate and Sodex Mobile—for example: connecting to hardware, capturing data, updating apps, and common field tips.
Use this section when you are working on a tablet, phone, or laptop in the field (or preparing a field device before going on site).
SDX hardware
The SDX Systems section contains documentation for Sodex devices, including setup and installation guidance. It is most useful for field engineers, installers, and technical support teams.
Mounting guides, specifications, wiring instructions, and supported accessories for each device.
- Mounting guides: Instructions (with visuals where available) for safe installation and alignment checks.
- Hardware specifications: Dimensions, power requirements, environmental ratings, and performance information.
- Connection & wiring: Diagrams and steps for power, antennas, and system connectivity.
- Accessories & parts: Compatible components (mounting brackets, extension cables, antennas, protective housings).
Troubleshooting and FAQ
The Troubleshooting and FAQ section focuses on quick problem-solving and common questions. Troubleshooting articles provide step-by-step fixes for known issues. FAQ articles explain frequently asked topics and concepts.
If something is not working as expected, check Troubleshooting & FAQ first—many common issues have step-by-step solutions.
Integrations
The Integrations section explains how SDX-Cloud connects to supported third-party systems. Each integration includes prerequisites, setup steps, and what results you should expect to see in SDX-Cloud after setup.
