If the blue system indicator is on but the computer (IPC) shows no LEDs and the hotspot is missing, the computer does not start. This is a power or hardware condition, not a WiFi or software problem.
Recognize the symptom
No LEDs on the computer, no hotspot, and the system does not come online in SDX-Cloud, while the blue system indicator stays on.
Check only what is safe
Check the fuse and the visible cabling. Do not open housings or measure inside the unit. Trained personnel check the supply voltage, clamps, pins, and connectors.
Stop and escalate
If the computer stays dark, contact Sodex Support to open a return. In a resolved case, 24 V was present at the power clamp and the unit still failed intermittently; swapping the computer and its board restored operation, but the failed part was not confirmed.
Keep a record
Write down every part that was swapped and the result, so the cause can be named.
