SDX-Cloud can show a correction service as not valid or not working while the same service delivers corrections on site. In one resolved case a service that was in active use was shown with all three checks yellow, and it worked with a known-good service. Treat the status as a display problem only after you have confirmed the service works.
Confirm that corrections work
Check the real behavior first: does the system get an RTK fix, and does an independent rover agree with the system on a known point? The displayed status does not prove either way.
Compare with a known-good service
If you have a second correction service that works, set it on a test system and compare the displayed status. A different status for a service that works the same in the field points to a display problem.
Do not risk the project
Do not change the project, the coordinates, or other settings to make the checks turn green. Keep scanning only if your own position checks pass.
