If every indicator on the display is green except GNSS, which stays red, an outdated Sodex system software version can be the cause. In resolved cases the system came back after Sodex updated it.
Recognize the symptom
All other indicators are green. The GNSS indicator is red and does not change after a restart.
Rule out other causes first
Check the power and network cable of the GNSS receiver, the antenna cable, and whether the receiver has power. A hardware fault looks different from an old software version, so do not open the housing.
Ask for an update
Contact Sodex Support. Support checks the installed version and applies the update. Do not run update commands yourself.
Check the result
Restart the machine after the update. All indicators including GNSS turn green, the system works, and scans upload.
