Overview

The Project Files section in the project overview provides an online storage space for each project. This space allows users to upload, manage, and organize external data files.

Features of Project Files

1. File Explorer Structure
   • The SDX-Cloud File Explorer functions similarly to an online storage system.
   • Users can:
     • Create folders (top-right corner option).
     • Upload files into folders or subfolders.
     • Organize files within a typical folder structure.

2. Storage Management

   • A percentage indicator in the top-right corner shows the remaining storage capacity.
   • Storage is license-dependent and limited based on the subscription.
   Important
   If your storage is close to full, uploads may fail. Check the remaining storage percentage and remove files you no longer need.

3. File Upload and Download

   • Files can be uploaded and managed within project folders.
   • Filters can be applied for better file organization.
   • Multiple files can be selected for batch actions.
   • The File Transfer window in the top-right corner shows upload and download progress.
   • Files can be downloaded as needed, similar to standard cloud storage systems.

   If you do not see transfer progress immediately, check the File Transfer window in the top-right corner for active uploads/downloads.
