How Do I See My Current Version?
You can check your current version by going to your
User Panel.
The version number is displayed in the
bottom-right corner.

How Do I Know If a New Version Is Available?
Every time a new version of SDX-Cloud is released, we’ll notify you with a popup after login.

You can always check the Changelog section in our HelpCenter for the latest release notes.

Major updates may also be shared via email or in-app announcements.
How Do I Update SDX-Cloud?
Just press the
refresh button in
your browser
or use F5.
If standard refresh doesn’t bring in the update, use the following shortcut:

Windows/Linux:
CTRL + SHIFT + R -
macOS:
CMD + SHIFT + R
This clears cached files and loads the latest version.

If you're unsure whether you're on the latest version:

Compare your version in User Settings with the most recent release in our Changelog section.

A HelpCenter article or version banner may also indicate the latest version.
