Supported Browsers (SDX-Cloud & SDX-Mate)

SDX-Cloud and SDX-Mate are designed to work across a variety of modern browsers. However, due to the nature of 3D visualizations, real-time data, and performance-heavy workflows, browser choice may influence the user experience.

Fully Supported Browsers

We recommend using any Firefox- or Chromium-based browser for the best performance and compatibility:

• Google Chrome

• Mozilla Firefox

• Microsoft Edge

• Brave

• Arc

• ...and others based on the Chromium or Firefox engines

Partially Supported Browser

• Safari
  While Safari is generally supported, you may experience occasional limitations due to WebGL rendering or aggressive caching behavior. If you encounter issues, try switching to one of the fully supported browsers listed above.

Troubleshooting & Support

If you encounter any browser-related problems:

1. Try performing a hard refresh to clear cached files:

   • Windows/Linux: CTRL + SHIFT + R

   • macOS: CMD + SHIFT + R

2. Switch to a recommended browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.)
