Organization Settings & Overview – Sodex Innovations

Overview

The Organization Overview Page in SDX-Cloud is located in the left sidebar, next to the Project Overview Page and the System Page. It serves as the central hub for organization-level administration.

The Organization Overview Page contains four tabs: Settings (entry view), User Management, Shop, and Subscriptions.

Organization Hub Structure

1. Settings (Entry View)

The Settings tab opens by default when you access the Organization Overview Page.

It displays the organization’s general information and administrative configuration.

2. User Management

The User Management tab provides access to all users within the organization and their assigned roles and licenses.

3. Shop

The Shop tab allows eligible organizations to purchase licenses and data volume packages.

Shop access requirements
The Shop is only accessible if:

Your Sodex products were purchased directly through Sodex (not through an authorized Sodex dealer).
You have the role Organization Admin or Processing Admin.

If your products were purchased through an authorized Sodex dealer, the Shop tab is not available in SDX-Cloud.

4. Subscriptions

The Subscriptions tab displays your organization’s active licenses and data volume packages.

Subscriptions access requirements
The Subscriptions tab is only accessible if:

Your Sodex products were purchased directly through Sodex.
You have the role Organization Admin.

If your products were purchased through an authorized Sodex dealer, subscription management is handled externally and the tab is not visible.

Role-Based Access Overview

Organization Admin

Full access to Settings, User Management, Shop, and Subscriptions (if eligible based on purchase model).
Can manage licenses and data volume packages.

Processing Admin

Access to Settings (limited permissions).
Access to Shop (limited to photogrammetry processing section).
No access to User Management.
No access to Subscriptions.

Processing Admin – Shop limitations
In the Shop, a Processing Admin can only see and access photogrammetry processing sections.

Cloud packages, user licenses, flatrates, and other commercial products are not visible.

Processing Admin – Settings limitations
In Organization Settings, all fields are read-only for a Processing Admin, except the photogrammetry settings, which can be configured.

Member

No access to the Shop tab.
No access to the Subscriptions tab.

Q: Where can I find the Organization Overview Page?

It is located in the left sidebar of SDX-Cloud, next to the Project Overview and System pages.

Q: Why do I not see the Shop tab?

The Shop is only available if your Sodex products were purchased directly through Sodex.
The Shop is only visible to Organization Admins and Processing Admins.
If your products were purchased through an authorized Sodex dealer, the Shop tab is not visible.

Q: Why do I not see the Subscriptions tab?

The Subscriptions tab is only available if your products were purchased directly through Sodex.
Only Organization Admins can access this tab.
