Why this matters
Clearing the cache forces the tablet to load the newest available version of SDX-Mate. Since the Hermit browser does not automatically refresh application files from the webserver, this is the only method to receive a new SDX-Mate version on the tablet.

Summary
When a new version of SDX-Mate is released, the tablet may still show the old cached version. Clearing the Hermit browser cache removes the outdated files and forces a full reload of the newest SDX-Mate version.
You can trigger this refresh by clearing the cache in the Hermit browser settings.
Introduction
SDX-Mate runs inside the Hermit browser. Hermit stores application files locally and does not automatically re-download updated versions from the SDX-Cloud servers. Clearing the cache forces Hermit to remove the old version and retrieve the new one.
