Overview
The Shop is located within the Organization Overview Page and is accessible only to users with an Admin or Processing Admin role. The Shop can always be opened to view available products, but items can only be ordered if a valid payment method is defined in the settings.
You must have an Admin or Processing Admin role. To place an order, a valid payment method must be configured in Organization Settings.
Accessing the Shop
- Only Admins and Processing Admins can access the Shop.
- The Shop can be opened at any time. A valid payment method must be set in Organization Settings to order items.
Can’t order items?
If no payment method is configured, you can still open the Shop and view
products, but ordering is not possible. Add a valid
payment
method in Organization Settings and try again.
Purchasing Licenses and Packages

Adding Items to the Cart
- All available licenses and data volume packages are listed in the Shop.
- Click the plus (+) button in the top-right corner of each item to add it to the cart.

The cart appears in the
bottom-right corner, displaying:
- Selected products
- Total cost
- Quantities can be adjusted before finalizing the purchase.

Understanding Billing Options
- Purchases can be one-time or annually recurring.
- One-time purchases are immediately added to the account.
- Annual purchases create a new billing cycle, meaning different users may have different renewal dates.
Tip
If you purchase annual licenses at different times, renewal dates can differ between users. Review your subscriptions to keep track of renewals. -
Finalizing the Purchase
- Click "Order" to complete the purchase.
- Items can only be ordered if a valid payment method is configured.
- Payment is processed either via invoice or credit card.
- Licenses or packages are instantly available in the SDX-Cloud.
