SDX-Cloud: You cannot add or remove users on a project

Adding or removing users on a project is a project right. A user who is an organization or system admin can still be unable to manage a project if they are not Project Admin on that project.

Symptom

The user can sign in and see the project, but cannot add or remove project users.

Fix

1. Ask an existing Project Admin of that project to give you Project Admin rights.
2. If no Project Admin is available, ask Sodex Support or your distributor to apply the permission.
3. Check that the user list of the project now offers the action.

Good to know

Inviting a person to the organization and giving them access to a project are separate steps. Some project actions are limited to Project Admins on purpose.
